Metallink Fluid Power Systems Ltd – a company in the North East of England within Borghi Group specialised in manufacturing of high quality rigid hydraulic tube and handrails using tube from 4mm to 140mm. We manufacture parts to customers’ drawings that demand advanced bending and welding capabilities subject to high pressure and safety rail regulations. Hydraulic tube pressures in excess of 480 bar working pressure are the norm on hydraulic products utilised in heavy excavation machinery. Certificates: ISO 9001- 2015, Our parts are commonly used by leading OEMs, Construction – Agriculture – Lifting – Material Handling – Industrial – Automotive – Energy (oil and gas, wind) markets.

Zinc phosphating adds another level of corrosion protection to parts. With its fine grain, Zinc phosphate provides a high- quality base coat for powder coat.
TRIVALENT PLATING
Trivalent Plating
We supply parts trivalent plated giving in excess of 600hrs corrosion protection against salt spray.
POWDER COATING
Powder Coating
Powder Coating up to 7mtrs, using the latest polyester powders, providing high endurance impact protection and in excess of 1000hrs corrosion protection against salt spray.
Metallink Facility
Zinc Phosphate located directly besides the powder coat line to maximise efficiency and ensure parts are powder coated immediately after phosphating.
Our powder coat line was purpose built for our products. The parts, generally long and narrow, can be up to 7mtrs comfortably coated.
We utilise the latest CMM technology to measure products to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
